When Regina Leandro is found dead next to her old factory with her body covered in ants, her granddaughter Milene wants to understand why. Aware that her uncles, all abroad on holidays, will ask questions, Milene investigates. The Mata family that now lives in the factory discovers the strange girl hidden among the drying clothes in the backyard. They end up welcoming her with caution, affection and music and Milene falls in love with Antonino.
