doclisboa 2022 – A questão colonial

Events

The 20th edition of doclisboa hits the big screens with “The Colonial Question”, bringing as its main theme a film cycle about the various protagonists of the Portuguese and French colonial period.

It all sumps up to 11 days of commemoration of film and of the 20 years of the festival, with 281 films from 59 countries, 44 Portuguese works – 12 in the national competition – and a total of 47 world premieres.

Meetings, conversations, workshops, parties and many other activities are scheduled throughout the city of Lisbon until October 16th.

The Portugal Film Commission joins and congratulates, once again, this celebration of film.
