The Portuguese Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual (ICA) is currently promoting a satisfaction survey aimed at citizens, applicants and beneficiaries, with the goal of continuously improving the services it provides.

Transparency, ethical conduct and response times are among the topics addressed in this survey, which is confidential and anonymous.

Based on the responses collected, the ICA – of which the Portugal Film Commission is a part of – aims to develop new approaches and ensure increasingly effective support.
