Portugal Film Commission will be present at FITUR Screen, in Madrid.
On January 20th, at 11am, at the International Roundtable: Netflix, United Kingdom, Portugal, Dominican Republic, Film Commissioner Manuel Claro will be joined by Adrian Wootton, Executive Director of the British Film Commission, and Marianna Vargas, Director-General of Film in the Dominican Republic. The session will be moderated by Esperanza Ibañez, Director of Public Policy at Netflix.
FITUR SCREEN takes place on January 20 between 10.30am and 6pm at IFEMA Pavilion 8, Stand FS17, and is organised by the Spain Film Commission, as part of FITUR – International Tourism Fair (January 19-23).
This fourth edition of FITUR SCREEN will explore the link between tourism and cinema, disseminating information and promoting film tourism, and formulating future proposals for the development of this sector, addressing its importance and its role in the development of the local economy and the positioning of the various territories.
The Dominican Republic is the official partner of FITUR 2022.
