The Portugal Film Commission will be present, for the first time, at Series Mania Festival, one of the biggest international festivals dedicated to TV series, which will take place in Lille from August 26th to September 2nd.
With a digital booth and also in person, PFC will take part at Series Mania Forum, an event that promotes the exchange of ideas and the attendance of conferences and networking events for producers, distributors, directors, screenwriters and other key players in the sector.
The Series Mania Festival will count on the presence of the Minister of Culture, Graça Fonseca.
The Portuguese presence in this edition is also highlighted by the participation of the series “Cold Haven”, a PT/IS co-production by SPi (PT) and Glassriver (IS), at the Co-Pro Pitching Sessions, as one of the 15 candidates to a 50 000 euros grant.
PFC takes to Lille all the information on the filming process, promoting the various reasons to film in Portugal and the several support instruments and financial mechanisms, of which the PT Cash Rebate stands out as one of the most attractive systems on a European level.
