Portugal Film Commission is going to participate in this edition of India International Film Tourism Conclave, that takes place between October 12 and 14 in Mumbai, India. At its exhibitor place, the Portuguese participation will promote the country as a destination of excellence for international film productions, creating synergies between this industry and tourism, promoting Portugal as a destination, the improvement of the tourist experience and networking.
A locations’ market exhibition, conferences, B2B meetings and networking evenings are part of the program of India International Film Tourism Conclave’s (IIFTC Conclave), that presents itself as the number one film locations show in Asia.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2023, the event counts with about 175 film industry delegates, 100 top Indian production houses, 75 international delegates and 50 companies from 25 countries.
Portugal Film Commission is back to IIFTC Conclave after the participation on 2020’s edition and the participation on the webinar LocationsConnect Live, back in 2021.
Portugal has been chosen for the shooting of several Indian productions, such as War, Manmadhudu 2, Yudhra and Luv Productions (All Around the Globe) and Radhe Shyam (GLVFX, Lda), feature films funded by the Portuguese Cash Rebate.
