The 23rd edition of IndieLisboa – International Film Festival took place from 30 April to 10 May, and the Portugal Film Commission once again partnered with the festival’s industry programme, reinforcing its presence at the event.

On 4 May, Ana Marques, Executive Director of the Portugal Film Commission, hosted a session for international guests, presenting the work carried out to promote co-productions and attract international productions to Portugal.

The Portugal Film Commission also partnered with the industry welcome event. Held at LACS Anjos, the gathering brought together around 75 guests, providing an opportunity to begin exchanging ideas and establishing new professional contacts. The Industry Dinner was marked by the announcement of the winners of the Portuguese Film Fund promoted by the festival.

This year’s IndieLisboa – International Film Festival programme was spread across eight venues throughout Lisbon, attracting more than 37.000 attendees and recording 40 sold-out screenings.
