The Portugal Film Commission is at 74th Berlin International Film Festival, that takes place between the 15th and 25th of February in the German capital. The promotion of Portugal as a filming destination and the showcase of Portuguese cinema and audiovisual happens in the stand GB#G8.

The Portugal Film Commission and the Portuguese Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual (ICA) present themselves in an innovative space, where visitors are invited to discover the country using technology. Visiting the stand turns into an immersive experience which invites you to discover Portugal and its productions.

The Portuguese production Matilha is part of the Berlinale Series Market. The series, supported by the Portuguese Cash Rebate, is among 15 international projects that will be presented to buyers and distributors around the world.

In the frame of the European Film Market – EFM 2024, the winner of the EUFCN Location Award will be announced on February 18th. Among the finalists is the Parque do Rio hotel, in Esposende, where Bad Living was entirely shot. The application for the award that distinguishes the best European filming location was submitted by the Portugal Film Commission.
