Point (a) of paragraph 1 of Part III of Annex I to the Regulations of the Audiovisual and Film Production Incentive Scheme (RIPAC), annexed to Ordinance No. 265-A/2026/1 of 17 June.
Appoints the members of the Selection Committee of the Audiovisual and Film Production Incentive Scheme (RIPAC).
Introduces the first amendment to Ordinance No. 265-A/2026/1 of 17 June and to the Regulations governing the Audiovisual and Film Industry Funding Programme – SCRI.PT, established by Decree-Law No. 57/2026 of 19 February.
Sets out the rules for the implementation of the Audiovisual and Film Industry Funding Programme – SCRI.PT, established by Decree-Law No. 57/2026 of 19 February, and approves the programme’s regulations.
Establishes the Audiovisual and Film Industry Financing Programme, comprising the incentive scheme and the mutual guarantee facility supporting credit for audiovisual and film production, and extinguishes the Tourism and Film Support Fund.
Establishes the rules for the implementation of the financial incentive regime for major film and audiovisual production, within the scope of the Law no. 55/2012 of September 6 (Cash Refund) and approves the respective regulation.
